What is Reiki
Reiki is a gentle energy healing technique. The Reiki practitioner guides healing energy into the client's body to help promote the natural energy flow through the body and the energy field.​

A Reiki session facilitates the natural healing ability of the body and promotes feelings of rest, harmony, and balance.

Reiki is holistic healing. It works on the whole of our being: our physical, mental, emotional, energetic and spiritual body.

It can benefit anyone, and it does not carry any risk for harm.
